  E12- E20 range

The main concept of this range is “less power with more energy”. Virtually 80 percent of the truck has been re-designed. One of the special highlights in the new design is an innovative energy management function with a precise battery discharge indicator, an optional built-in charger and a total of five different methods for changing the batteries. A further master stroke of engineering is evident in the virtually maintenance-free, enclosed drive axle which contains all the major components such as the electronic control elements, drive motors and lift motors. This allows Linde to offer users energy savings of up to 25% compared to other trucks in this category.

Main feature:

- Less energy is more
Consuming as little energy as possible, using the energy to the full, and being able to charge and replace the battery rapidly

- Unique On-board Charger
Operators who need to change batteries for operational reasons will benefit from a wide range of options for replacing the battery quickly and easily by opening the robust battery door on the side and using any one of the following: a roll conveyor underneath the battery, a pallet truck, a truck with a special holder on the forks or a jib attached on them or a C-hook secured to a crane which lifts the battery out laterally and moves it upwards.

- Quick and economical compact drive
the lift motors and power elements of the truck control unit are built into the axle. Advantage: the shorter supply lines reduce energy losses and ensure outstanding electromagnetic compatibility

- Robust vehicle design
unique protective overhead guard and frame from a highly stable unit called the "protector frame" in the new electric counterbalance range, and the tilt cylinders are top mounted. This concept increases the stability of the lift mast for seamless load handling, and also facilitates more slender lift mast profiles which offer the operator better visibility and enhanced safety during stacking.

- the ergonomics
This was achieved by creating a lower entrance sill, more head clearance, a wider cabin, intuitively designed operating elements, a comfortable seat and optional equipment such as a heater or radio.
