  H12 - H20 Diesel Counterbalance

The new H12 to H20 series in the 1.2 to 2.0-ton bearing load range rounds off the lower end of the extraordinarily successful 39x family. The vehicle is a perfect fit for modern requirements: agile, fast and low-maintenance.

Main features:

- Driver's cockpit: the key to increased productivity
The cockpit allows impressive freedom of movement for the user. The area around the arms is 4 cm larger than with the predecessor model, and the high overhead guard provides around 6 cm extra head room. Leg room has been increased by a full 4.5 cm.

- Unique selling point: lift mast concept
the vibration and noise-reducing connection of the lift mast/drive axle of the driver cabin/chassis; this is noticeably beneficial to both driver and environment. The forces acting on the lift mast are directed via the drive axle to the wheels. As there is no direct flow of force via the chassis, there is no load impact either.

- New driving engine, improved tuning
To ensure greater reserve capacity in continuous operation where high demands are made in terms of performance, Linde has fitted the diesel truck with a 37-litre tank - 35% larger than before. All LPG trucks are fitted as standard with an open-loop catalytic converter; a closed-loop catalytic converter that ensures almost all harmful substances are filtered out of the exhaust air is available as an option.

- Wear-free drive
The benefits that this brings for both the driver and operator include: reduced fuel consumption, improved precision control and a long service life.

- Smaller maintenance expenses
The design enhancements detailed here add up to a reduction of up to 25% in service costs, and on top of this, maintenance flaps offer improved access. Even the wheel motors can be removed individually.
